  • Telephone advice from an employment solicitor on all employment law issues, with follow up advice in writing
  • Drafting of any letters or documents relating to employee issues (letter of dismissal/compromise agreements etc)
  • In the event of a claim(s) Tribunal representation, including representation at a hearing
